ABOUT AL QUOZ
Al Quoz is separated into two sections: business and residential. The majority of the community's residential area is located in the northeast, while the majority of its commercial area is located in the southwest. Families from the Emirati nation live largely in Al Quoz 1, Al Quoz 2, and Al Quoz 4 residential areas. SUPERMARKETS

MOSQUES, TEMPLES AND CHURCHES
As there are numerous mosques in Al Quoz, Muslim residents won't have to travel outside the area for daily prayers. Gurudwara Automech and Gurudwara Al Aweer are the closest gurdwara temples. Both can be reached by car in 17 to 20 minutes from one another at Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. Located close to Jebel Ali, Guru Nanak Darbar is only 22 minutes away. The nearest Hindu temple, Shiva Temple, is a 15-minute drive away from the Za'abeel area.
In Al Quoz and the surrounding area, there are a few churches. These include Fellowship: A Christian Church in Dubai, The Gatekeepers Weekday Warehouse and Emirates Baptist Church. A car ride of 8 to 17 minutes will get you to these churches. One of the best churches in Dubai is the Catholic St. Mary's Church, which is situated on Oud Mehta Road. It will take you about 15 minutes to reach there if you use the Al Khail Road (E44) expressway heading north.
SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES
Al Quoz offers a variety of reputable educational institutions. Clarion School has the best geographic location. This school uses the progressive learning-based US Common Core curriculum. By actively engaging in play, personal experiences, and social interactions, students can learn new things. Safa British School in Al Quoz's overarching goal is to make learning rigorous while still being interesting, not to turn it into a burden that must be borne. GEMS Our Own Indian School and Oaktree Primary School are two additional public schools in the area. The nurseries in Al Barsha 2—Dewdrop Nursery, Cherry Town Nursery, and Seashells Nursery— are ideal for younger children.
In the United Arab Emirates, Jumeira University is located at Latifa Bint Hamdan Street, Al Quoz 4. Other higher ed facilities can be found in Dubai Knowledge Park, which is 16–19 minutes away. Heriot-Watt University, University of Wollongong Dubai, Middlesex University Dubai, and other universities are located here.
HOSPITALS AND CLINICS
Al Quoz is home to a number of clinics that provide their clients with the best healthcare resources. These include the Al Quoz City Star Polyclinic, Toronto Medical Center, Aster Clinic, Medilife Polyclinic LLC, Al Quoz, Syed Sadiq Clinic, Noor Al Shefa Clinic, and Access Clinic. The iCare Clinic, which can be found on Al Wahda Street directly across from Sheikh Zayed Road, is a nearby healthcare institution as well. It takes 10 minutes to get to Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery, which is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road near Al Serkal Avenue. The hospital's excellent orthopedic care draws the majority of locals.
Lifestyle
Al Quoz is surrounded by thriving communities. The main roadways that connect this community to others are Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. Business Bay is located to its east, and Al Barsha and Al Manara are located to its west. The area of Umm Suqeim 1 is located to the north of it, across Sheikh Zayed Road. Despite the fact that the community is located in a fairly peaceful region of Dubai, it is not necessary to drive for several hours to find a good spot to shop and dine.
MALLS
The sub-community of Al Quoz 1 is home to Al Quoz's main mall- Oasis Centre. It offers a full range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. It includes numerous restaurants and shopping outlets in addition to Fun City, a theme park. Other larger malls, such as the Mall of the Emirates in the nearby city of Al Barsha, are close by. Numerous high-end shops, restaurants, and retail outlets can be found at the mall. In addition, there is VOX Cinemas, which has a laser IMAX theater, Magic Planet, an arcade and amusement park, and Ski Dubai, an indoor ski slope.
RESTAURANTS
In Al Quoz, there are about 200 luxury restaurants and cafeteria-style cafes. The majority of the cuisines served in the community's cafeterias are Indian, Pakistani, and Arabian. A few of the community's most popular informal eateries include Sabir Afghan Restaurant, Royal Darbar Restaurant, Madras Kitchen Restaurant - Al Khail Gate, Towlat Al Hanna Restaurant, Chennai Darbar, Raju Omlet, and Shehar-e-Karachi. The more premium establishments include Lime Tree Restaurant, Tom & Serg, Nizar Restaurant and Cafe, and Soho Cafe. The Red Lion at Metropolitan Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, is about 11 minutes away and close by.
BEACHES
Beaches close to Al Quoz can be reached by residents driving a short distance. Kite Beach is only a 12-minute drive away. Kite Beach not only offers sun and beach but also various restaurants. Like the 25/55 Burgers, La Vedette Café, Taste of Brazil, and Vicki da Dhaba restaurants that can be found on Kite Beach. The beach also features play areas with monkey bars, slides, swings, and a jungle gym.
SIGNIFICANT LANDMARKS & LEISURE ACTIVITIES
Al Serkal Avenue, a prominent site for art and design, is located in the area. It is well known for Cinema Akil, which screens both domestic and international films. The Majlis Ghorfat Um-Al Sheif is a historical structure worth seeing. Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, who passed away in 2005, had this structure constructed as a holiday residence. Children's learning facilities can be found in Dubai's First Experiential Play Museum in Al Quoz 1. It has interactive exhibitions, a cafe, climbing nets, and water cannons.
FITNESS, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, AND BEAUTY
Al Quoz Park 3 is a local park in the city. It has a volleyball court and a lot of sand. The Al Quoz Pond Park, which is full of green spaces and overlooks an artificial pond, is a great choice if you're looking to spend your day in a greener environment. In addition, this park is a lot bigger than the other. It also draws a variety of birds and has enough grass for children to play in.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
Although the Al Quoz area isn't known for hosting any notable community activities, Al Khail Gate, close to Al Khail Road, organizes a monthly market on the first Friday of the month. Both kids and adults can participate in a variety of competitive games.
Location
Like other areas of Dubai, Al Quoz residents can travel to the city using public transportation. Most importantly, Al Quoz has two metro stations. The closest metro stations are Noor Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank, which can be reached in 9 to 12 minutes by car. Along with numerous metro stations, Al Wasl Road also has a number of bus stops. There are four of them: Wasl, Road 6 1 bus stop, Wasl, Road 6 2 bus stop, and Wasl, Road 7 bus stop. These can be reached in 12 to 13 minutes by car. Parking won't be an issue for individuals who live in villas because most villas include covered parking spaces.
