ABOUT AL QUSAIS
Al Qusais is one of Dubai's oldest communities. The region shares borders with Al Nahda, Muhaisnah 3, and Al Qusais Industrial Area to the north. Hor Al Anz is located to the east. The Al Twar village is located to the south of the region. Public transit in this area is incredibly convenient. The Green Line, one of the main lines for the Dubai Metro, has five stops in the area. In terms of roadways and parking areas, the community is likewise well-planned.
Port Saeed, the Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA), and the Dubai International Airport are all within close vicinity. The nearby Al Twar area is home to nurseries for kids such as Deira Montessori Nursery, World Nursery, and British Orchard Nursery. While there aren't many schools in the Al Qusais industrial region, some of the top schools are located there. Apple International School, The Westminster School, and Dubai Scholars Private School in Al Qusais 1 are among those that follow the UK curriculum. The Millennium School and Bilva Indian School are two well-known Indian educational institutions. In Dubai International Academic City, which is around 22 minutes away, you can find options for higher education. MALLS

It is also regarded as a notable landmark in the area. Madina Mall is near Al Qusais and is located across Beirut Street in the neighboring Muhaisnah neighborhood. RESTAURANTS

These include the Grill Hut Restaurant, the Amrutha Restaurant, the Al Zad Restaurant, the Hill Palace Restaurant, the Bangalore Empire Restaurant, the China Wok Restaurant, the Karachi Darbar Restaurant, and the Delhi Restaurant. KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, and Pizza Hut are a few of the well-known fast-food franchises in Al Qusais. Al Qusais Pond Park, which is surrounded by Baghdad Street in the master community's eastern section, is the nearest outdoor attraction for locals. Location
The neighborhood is divided into the Al Qusais Residential Area and Al Qusais Industrial Area, two major sub-communities. These sub-communities are divided up even more into several zones. The Al Qusais Industrial Area is located on the Dubai-Sharjah border. The community allows for a comfortable lifestyle at a fair cost. Within walking distance, you will get access to the facilities like banks, hospitals, parks, and schools. For quick travel, public transportation is available.
