Dubai land Department shares the vision and strategic plan for future landmarks. This includes the direction of the project till 2026. The new project or strategy will roll out in three different phases. Which includes Dubai land Departments employees, partners, and customers in designing the plan for the next phase. 

The first plan is to launch a different initiative to ensure that the department adopts the changes. The second stage is to empower by working towards real estate sectors providing necessary support; for implementing strategies and initiatives for transformation. The third phase is achieving a sustainable impact by providing the scope of influence to reach Global real estate.

The Dubai land department announces the strategy when UAE is making its mark on Global and sustainable development through significant achievements at different levels.

The plan also includes the qualitative factors that will help enhance the contribution of the real estate market to Dubai’s economy. In addition, the strategic plan is the final result of efforts by different team members of the Dubai land department.
