Dubai Developers are looking for a number of ways to offer super-luxury homes to investors. MAG developers have released four super luxury homes, each costing Dh200 million. Also, these four homes are part of 12 mansions under Ritz-Carlton Residences located on Dubai Creekside.

In addition, the four homes have built-up areas spread up to 48,000 sq. ft with underground parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles.

Moreover, each home also has up to 120-foot morning yachts.

The first eight homes cost Dh 177 million. The senior executive vice chairman of MAG, Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, says,” We are thrilled with the response to earth and water mansions. The careful planning that goes into creating the mansions symbolizes intellect, creativity, and new beginnings are considered elements of nature.”

” The Ritz-Carlton Residences reflect ongoing efforts to provide an immersive Wellness luxury Lifestyle across Dubai by a comprehensive approach to offer top-notch amenities.”

In addition, the 12 mansions of Ritz-Carlton are part of Keturah Resort located at Dubai Creekside facing wildlife sanctuary.

According to market reports, Dubai has sustained the first ten days of interest in Dubai’s luxury homes. The attention is turning to more availability of projects as off plan. Therefore, you might hear more high-end launches in days as investors are looking for ways to put their money in.
