Dubai Real Estate: Over $2 billion in transactions were recorded this week.

The Dubai Land Department released data for the real estate transactions this week. Total transactions worth $2 billion(AED 9.2 billion) took place with 2,882 real estate deals.
As per the data, 199 land plots worth AED 1.33 billion were sold. In addition, 2,011 apartments and villas worth AED 4.61 Billion were sold.
The top three transactions were sold in Palm Deira worth AED 47.38 Billion. Followed by land in Me’Aisem AED40 million and AED 47.38 in Palm Deira.
Al Hebiah fifth made the most transactions this week with 92 sales worth AED244.61 million. In addition, Jabal Ali first made transactions worth AED 147.11 million, and Al Hebiah’s fourth 15 transactions were worth AED 290 million.
The top three apartments are worth AED 80 million, AED 61 million, and AED 59 million, respectively, in Palm Jumeirah.
The mortgage properties valued at AED 2 billion were sold, and AED 1 billion worth 157 properties were gifted.
