Dubai is going to get 3 new neighborhoods following the announcement on development for Emiratis.
The Crown Prince and Chairman of the executive council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum approves a new development plan for neighborhoods. The first plan will cover a total of 177,712,000 sq. ft. in the residential areas of Al Barsha 2, Al Khawaneej 2, and Al Mizhar 1.
The crown prince highlighted the importance of the best facilities, services, and environment for citizens.
He says, “We constantly strive to raise the quality of life for citizens in Dubai. Strengthen community bonds as a part of our comprehensive human-centered Urban Development Plan that aims to offer sustainable future cities.”
The new development model for neighborhoods will also offer investment and business opportunities for citizens in the area. Opportunities include open markets, restaurants, sports facilities, halls, etc. In addition, all three neighborhoods will have designs inspired by nature.
The design of Al Mizhar is inspired by the ghaf tree. In contrast, water and sand dunes inspire Al Khawaneej and Al Barsha, respectively.
The Crown Prince approved plans and designs for the neighborhood. He has also directed the developers to design plans and initiatives for economic development activities in the neighborhood that will help citizens to launch their projects.
