A total of 2926 real estate transactions that amounted to over AED9.1bn concluded the week ending with 23rd December 2022 in Dubai. The figures have been released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Notifying over $2.5 billion in transactions from the real estate market.
As per the DLD reports, 159 plots were sold for $239m and over $1.48 billion was spent on luxury villas, apartments and other residential housing purchases. Among these, the top three transactions included land in Business Bay that was sold for almost $27.2m. Another land sold for $26.3m in Al Safouh First. The second land in Business Bay that was sold for $27.2m.
The most transactions this week were recorded by Al Hebiah Fifth. A stunning 66 sale transactions worth $48.2m were followed by AL Yufrah 2, which recorded 21 transactions worth $7.8m.
The top three transactions included a purchase of an AED315m apartment in Jumeriah First. An AED183m apartment in Business Bay, concluding with an AED85m apartment in Palm Jumeirah.
